Mobiles Driving Employers Into Danger

According to a new Government survey, almost a quarter of UK bosses could be found liable for prosecution if their staff use hand-held mobiles for work-related calls whilst they are driving.
Surprisingly in the current climate, the findings reveal that many companies have not yet put in place a formal policy for in-car mobile use. In addition, 38 per cent of bosses said that they would not feel responsible if one of their staff had an accident taking a work-related call whilst driving.
